The User is responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Outdated information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or a temporary account block for verification. Changes to the CPF or full name are not permitted — if there is a discrepancy with official documentation, support must be contacted.
Users may request account closure at any time through support. After closure, any available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered Pix account, provided it has been duly verified. Bonus balances are cancelled with no right to a refund. The processing time for any remaining balance after account closure is up to 5 (five) business days.

All deposits must be made from an account or card held in the name of the 565bet account holder. Depositing using third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid cards, or any method that does not allow clear identification of the holder is not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from someone other than the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended for investigation.
The 565bet allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits as a responsible gambling tool. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 72-hour waiting period. Decreases take effect immediately.

Not all bets contribute equally toward meeting the rollover requirement. As a general rule: slots wagers contribute 100%; sports bets with odds above 1.50 contribute 100%; live casino bets contribute between 10% and 25% depending on the game; crash games contribute 100%; sports bets with odds below 1.50 may not contribute. Bonuses are valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days from the activation date, unless otherwise stated. Once expired, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are automatically cancelled. The expiration date is always shown in the "My Bonuses" section of your account.
Bets placed and confirmed on the 565bet are final and cannot be canceled by the User after confirmation, except where the "Cash Out" feature is available and active for the event in question. Bets on events that are postponed or canceled will be refunded at the amount wagered.
If 565bet identifies clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical failure or human error (for example, odds significantly higher than market rates), it reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the amounts wagered. Bets declared winners based on erroneous odds will be cancelled. Disputes regarding odds errors must be reported to support within 48 hours of bet settlement.
Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sport's governing body. For Brazilian football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), the primary source is the CBF. For international events, official federations and specialized sports data services are used. In the event of a result dispute, the decision of 565bet's analysis team is final following a full investigation.
In live (in-play) betting, odds are updated continuously. Bets are accepted only once confirmed by the system — if the event ends before confirmation, the bet is cancelled and the amount refunded. The 565bet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time due to event integrity concerns.

The VIP Program of 565bet has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression between tiers is based on monthly betting volume and is evaluated at the start of each subsequent month. The benefits of each tier — including rakeback percentages, withdrawal limits, monthly bonuses, and access to exclusive events — are published on the VIP Program page and may be changed with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice.
A tier downgrade may occur if the User fails to reach the minimum betting volume required to maintain their current tier for two consecutive months. Unused VIP points expire after 12 (twelve) months of account inactivity. Rakeback accumulated during the month is credited directly to the account's Real Balance by the 5th business day of the following month.
