Here are the most common situations and how to resolve each one quickly.
Once logged in, you can place pre-match and live bets on the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and state championships. Each match offers over 50 markets: match result, Asian handicap, total goals, first scorer, corners, cards, and more. Odds update in real time throughout every game.
Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and dozens of other crash games are ready the moment you log in. Place bets from as little as R$ 1.00 and choose the right moment to cash out before the multiplier crashes. The rush of watching the plane climb is unlike anything else.
Baccarat, European roulette, blackjack, live poker, and dozens of other games with real dealers streamed in high definition. Interact with the dealer and other players in real time — the same excitement as a physical casino, right from your phone or computer after you log in.
Once logged in, you can deposit via Pix from R$ 10.00 and see your balance updated in seconds. Pix withdrawals are processed in minutes — no queue, no fees, no hassle. 565bet accepts Pix from all Brazilian banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, and more.
Every bet placed after logging in earns points in the 565bet VIP Program. From Bronze to Diamond, each tier brings real benefits: monthly rakeback, exclusive bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and a dedicated account manager at the top levels. Progress is automatic.
The 565bet website is fully mobile-responsive, and the official app is available for direct download from the site. Log in from anywhere, follow your live games with real-time notifications, and make deposits and withdrawals via Pix right from the app — no computer needed.
Log in to 565bet is the simplest process on the platform — two fields, one click, and you're in. But behind that simplicity is a robust security layer that protects your account and funds every time you access it. Understanding how the system works helps you log in with confidence and act fast if anything goes wrong.
Logging in to 565bet can be done using your registered email or the username you chose when signing up. Passwords are case-sensitive, so if you're having trouble logging in, it's worth trying different capitalizations before initiating a password reset. Enabling the "keep me logged in" option on your personal device means you won't need to enter your credentials every time.
Two-step authentication is the most effective protection against unauthorized access to your 565bet account. With 2FA enabled, even if someone gets hold of your password, they'll still need the code generated on your phone to get in. The 565bet supports authentication via SMS (sent to your registered phone number) and via authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
To enable 2FA: log in to 565bet login, go to "Account Settings" and click "Security". Choose between SMS or an authenticator app and follow the instructions. We recommend the authenticator app — it's faster and works even without cell signal. Once enabled, you'll need the 6-digit code generated every 30 seconds to log in.
Most players at 565bet accesses the platform on mobile, and the system was built with that in mind. The site is fully responsive and works on any modern browser for Android or iOS — no installation required. For those who prefer an app, it's available for direct download from the 565bet website: just open the site on your phone, tap "Download app" and install.
In the 565bet app, your login can be saved with biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID) for even faster access. This option appears automatically after your first login on a device, provided the phone supports biometric authentication. It's both convenient and secure — biometric data is processed locally on your device and is never sent to 565bet's servers.
Every login session on 565bet is protected by end-to-end SSL encryption. This means all information exchanged between your device and the platform's servers — including your email, password, and financial data — is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties. 565bet's SSL certificate is updated regularly and can be verified by clicking the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
Beyond SSL, 565bet's system monitors for suspicious access in real time. If a login attempt comes from an unfamiliar device or location, you'll receive an email alert to confirm it was you. Multiple failed login attempts will trigger an automatic temporary lockout, protecting your account against brute-force attacks. All of this runs in the background — no action required on your part.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your 565bet account — bets you didn't place, withdrawals you didn't request, or changes to your personal details — act immediately. First, reset your password using the "Forgot my password" option to invalidate any active sessions. Then, enable 2FA if you haven't already. Finally, contact 565bet support at suporte@565bet.click or via live chat, providing your CPF, registered email, and a description of what you observed.
The security team at 565bet treats suspected unauthorized access as a priority and may proactively lock the account while the situation is investigated. For your protection: never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be a 565bet employee — our team will never ask for your password through any channel.
The account settings area of the 565bet, accessible after logging in, includes the platform's responsible gaming tools. There you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; enable session time alerts; take a 24- or 48-hour break; or activate temporary or permanent self-exclusion if you need a longer time away. These tools are available at any time, with no need to contact support.
Gaming is entertainment, and 565bet wants it to stay that way for every player who logs into the platform. If at any point it stops feeling fun and starts feeling like a source of stress or financial pressure, use the tools available or reach out to our support team. We're here to help, without judgment.
